Refund policy
All Tigress Gloves are warrantied against defects in material or workmanship.
WARRANTY IS VOID IF...
- Break in service is used on glove
- Glove is steamed
- Glove is placed in oven
No return will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA#). Please include the RMA# when returning your glove so we know the reason and order number of the return.
If you would like to return a newly ordered stock glove, please email us at tigress@tigressgloves.com for your return authorization.
Stock gloves may be returned within 30 days of purchase, as long as they show no sign of use, no oils have been applied, and they arrive back to Tigress Gloves in new and resalable condition.
ALL CUSTOM GLOVE SALES ARE FINAL.

Custom gloves will typically arrive in 7-9 weeks. However, delays may happen due to material shortages, shipping delays, or factory holidays. We cannot guarantee lead times.
